Niedermüller Attorneys at Law is pleased to announce the latest publication on cryptoassets and blockchain 2021, which was prepared by Matthias Niedermüller and Selma Talic.

The publication deals with the current legal framework for all types of digitized/tokenized assets in Liechtenstein and answers the main questions in connection with digitized/tokenized assets, such as questions regarding the creation, public offering, ownership and trading of digitized/tokenized assets.

The publication also explains the key aspects of the token container model, which was invented by the Liechtenstein legislator and implemented in the Liechtenstein Blockchain Act (Token and TT Service Provider Act; TVTG).

The publication provides the reader with an initial overview and can answer key questions on the treatment of digitized/tokenized assets in Liechtenstein.
