Foundation law

Foundation law is one of the most important areas of Liechtenstein law. In view of the large number of foundations and the different interests, actions, interpretations and mistakes of the various parties involved (founders, foundation board members, beneficiaries, etc.), conflict situations regularly arise.

We advise and represent foundations and foundation participants out of court and in proceedings, particularly in connection with the assertion and enforcement of rights to information and disclosure, asset claims and in areas of foundation supervision, in particular dismissal proceedings and the area of directors’ and officers’ liability (liability law).
In addition, together with our partners, we advise and support structuring and estate planning by setting up new foundation structures.
