After fulfilment of the required conditions, Celsion Finance on 18 February 2026 was registered as a bank in the banking register maintained by the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority (FMA).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Celsion was founded to combine established banking standards with digital asset and blockchain-based infrastructure. It will initially focus on professional and institutional clients seeking access to digital asset services within a stable, secure, and clearly defined legally regulated environment. Celsion will provide a fully integrated platform to be used for digital asset custody, trading, staking, and access to fiat currencies (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.celsion-finance.com\">www.celsion-finance.com<\/a> ).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;The banking license marks an important milestone in our development. We are building for the long term, with clear governance, disciplined structures and a focused strategy.
