{"id":4729,"date":"2026-04-23T11:19:59","date_gmt":"2026-04-23T09:19:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.niedermueller.law\/?p=4729"},"modified":"2026-04-23T11:24:14","modified_gmt":"2026-04-23T09:24:14","slug":"welcome-florian-ebner-strengthening-our-banking-fintech-expertise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.niedermueller.law\/en\/2026\/04\/23\/welcome-florian-ebner-strengthening-our-banking-fintech-expertise\/","title":{"rendered":"Welcome to the Team, Florian Ebner"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We are delighted to welcome Dr Florian Ebner as a new member of our steadily growing team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Florian possesses key expertise in the fields of commercial law and modern digitalisation, with a focus on banking and capital markets law, securities law and digital assets, and has been supporting our Regulatory, Fintech and Banking &amp; Finance team as a trainee solicitor since April 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since November 2025, Florian has also been teaching at the University of Liechtenstein in the Chair of Banking and Financial Market Law of Univ.-Prof. Dr. Bernhard Burtscher, specialising in banking and financial market law, securities law and digitalisation, having previously worked there for two years as a research assistant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, from 2019 to 2025, Florian was involved in the establishment of a blockchain research and innovation centre in Vienna. He also worked as a university assistant at the Institute for Civil and Corporate Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c.
