{"id":538,"date":"2021-11-26T12:19:00","date_gmt":"2021-11-26T12:19:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/neu.niedermueller.law\/news\/2021\/11\/26\/holoride-public-sale\/"},"modified":"2024-03-06T09:40:50","modified_gmt":"2024-03-06T09:40:50","slug":"holoride-public-sale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.niedermueller.law\/en\/2021\/11\/26\/holoride-public-sale\/","title":{"rendered":"Holoride Public Sale"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Holoride conducts successful public sale via Maiar Launchpad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On November 26, 2021, Holoride<a href=\"http:\/\/www.holoride.com\">(www.holoride.com)<\/a>, a project supported by Audi among others, successfully completed its public sale of the RIDE token, in which a small portion of the RIDE tokens were sold in a lottery process with the support of the Maiar Launchpad.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More than 39,000 people passed the onboarding process and took part in the lottery, buying more than 116,500 lottery tickets with a total value of over USD 22 million. After the draw, the lucky winners of the 10,000 winning tickets were able to purchase the highly coveted RIDE tokens in the public sale. The unsuccessful were reimbursed.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;We are overwhelmed by the extraordinary interest in our public sale, which reinforces our ambition to develop a platform for a new era of in-car extended reality entertainment.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>We are also looking forward to the listing of RIDE tokens on the Maiar Exchange, which will be the exclusive place to buy and sell RIDE tokens for some time to come. In particular, those who have not received a Winning Ticket will be able to purchase RIDE Tokens there.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>It has been a pleasure to work with the teams at Elrond Network, Maiar Launchpad and Niederm\u00fcller Attorneys at Law who have actively supported us in making this public sale such a great success.
