Investment products are often sold which, due to their design, have no realistic prospects of success from the outset, or the investment is made on the basis of incorrect or incomplete information. In addition, investors are often faced with a financially strong, seemingly superior contractual partner.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We assist investors in asserting claims for damages, in particular in the area of complex structured and leveraged investment products, especially unit-linked life insurance policies, and also conduct class action proceedings for a large number of investors.
