Our firm supported Lexify as Liechtenstein counsel, providing advice on all Liechtenstein law and regulatory aspects in connection with the approval and EU-wide passporting of the Securities Prospectus (Base Prospectus) underlying the Ondo Global Markets offering program. The legal team at Niedermüller Attorneys at Law was led by Partner Guiseppina Epicoco and supported by Sophie Seliansky.
The Lexify team, led by Alberto Borri and Emanuele Gambula, advised Ondo Finance on the regulatory qualification and structuring aspects of the Ondo Global Markets products under European financial services legislation, including coordination of the Securities Prospectus approval and notification process within the European Union.
Ondo Global Markets intends to offer tokenised certificates providing total-return exposure to selected U.S. equities and ETFs on public blockchains, granting native access to traditional securities and associated exchange liquidity for on-chain investors and protocol developers.
