We are delighted to welcome Mag. Vivienne Culina as the newest member of our growing team.
In 2026, Vivienne completed her legal traineeships at the District Court of Bregenz and the Feldkirch Public Prosecutor’s Office, where she gained valuable practical experience, particularly in criminal and criminal procedural law as well as enforcement law. Her responsibilities included drafting court decisions and orders, participating in and representing the Public Prosecutor’s Office at court hearings, handling enforcement proceedings and case files, and processing requests for mutual legal assistance. She also gained experience in land registry matters, the preparation of court hearings and the monitoring of communications at a correctional facility.
While studying law at the University of Vienna, where she successfully graduated in 2025, Vivienne worked as a legal assistant at Tonninger Schermaier & Partner Rechtsanwälte in Vienna. This position provided her with further valuable insights into legal practice.
Since 2026, Vivienne has been strengthening our team as a Trainee Lawyer. Her practice areas include litigation, civil and civil procedural law, mutual legal assistance in criminal matters, corporate and commercial law, and employment law.
We are very pleased to have Vivienne on board and are confident that her strong legal education, practical experience and commitment will make her a valuable addition to our team.
