We are delighted to welcome Dr Florian Ebner as a new member of our steadily growing team.
Florian possesses key expertise in the fields of commercial law and modern digitalisation, with a focus on banking and capital markets law, securities law and digital assets, and has been supporting our Regulatory, Fintech and Banking & Finance team as a trainee solicitor since April 2026.
Since November 2025, Florian has also been teaching at the University of Liechtenstein in the Chair of Banking and Financial Market Law of Univ.-Prof. Dr. Bernhard Burtscher, specialising in banking and financial market law, securities law and digitalisation, having previously worked there for two years as a research assistant.
Furthermore, from 2019 to 2025, Florian was involved in the establishment of a blockchain research and innovation centre in Vienna. He also worked as a university assistant at the Institute for Civil and Corporate Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Susanne Kalss LL.M.).
