Asset Recovery

Companies and individuals who are victims of asset seizures or who want to enforce existing claims against debtors are often confronted with a variety of obstacles in order to obtain the assets to which they are entitled. Seemingly impenetrable structures often exist to prevent creditors from gaining access.

One of our main activities is assisting victims of white-collar crime in locating and recovering seized assets. We also assist creditors with existing claims to overcome the obstacles often erected by the debtor against access to the assets and to determine jointly and severally liable persons. We do this both through civil proceedings and by initiating and supporting criminal investigations. We also take the necessary steps to ensure that the assets found are secured for our client.
